Unable to Sign up for New Developer Account

Hello eBay Developer API, i'm not getting the confirmation email when signing up and verifying i'm human. I then submit to re-send the confirmation email but red text notice appears says user is not found.

I’ve tried multiple times to register for the eBay Developer Program using different usernames and email addresses, but each attempt is rejected with the message:

"Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities. If you believe this rejection is in error, please see our FAQs and Contact Channels page or work with your eBay representative directly."

I believe this is a false flag and would like help to get approved. I'm creating a legitimate marketplace platform and need eBay API access for product integration.

How could these possibly get rejected anyway - they have no context to what the desired use is for (no opportunity to have violated any terms yet).

Seems like a poor default process or something (I do not even receive rejection emails).

I'm getting the same response as well.

I even submitted a request via the developer support page about account registration rejections and have not heard back yet.  I'm hoping that is just a default message and they review these use cases one by one.  I also don't think I received any notification that my request for review was received, so i'm waiting blindly at the moment.
