Permission to use sold lings data in application

In the API Developer agreement, it is mentioned that we have to request written permission to use sold data listings in our application. I have tried to reach out to the support email multiple times, but have not gotten a response.

How do I get written permission or a rejection to be able to build my application?

Go to https://developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets and hit Application Growth Check. Pick the API you're using (or just a random one) and for purpose of request just pick a random one there. Those fields don't really matter, this is just the easiest way to get in contact with eBay, I've submitted about 5 tickets and only 2 of them were actually related to my API calls, the rest were just general questions.

They have generally gotten back to me the next business day, sometimes the day of, and 2 max.
