Please who can i contact , because i created  a dev account and it was rejected.

If your developer account registration was rejected, you can submit the "Contact Us" form by following these steps:

1. Visit eBay Developer Account Support.
2. Select the option "My account registration was rejected."
3. Fill in all the required details.
4. Click "Submit."
