Hey y'all, BrianC here, and I wanted to pass on a heads-up. I currently have a car for sale on eBay motors. This is the third time that I have had a scammer contact me privately concerning purchasing an item that I've had for sale. Every single time, they want to send you a cashier's check, have you cash it at your bank, and pay the "movers" cash when they come to pick up the item in question. It starts off with so-and-so's daughter, wife or spouse sending a message to you to contact their significant other. It always states that the other person is currently out of town working, very very busy or not available to message. So, they ask you to text this person on their cell phone privately to try to work this scam of a deal out. Thanks and be always vigilant!!
