Has anyone else experienced this with high end items? Buyers will bid on these items and then either not pay or request a cancellation after winning the item.
I don't sell high end items but anyone that does this should be placed on your blocked buyer list. If they don't pay, they will get dinged for that from ebay. I am not sure about the cancellation though. Maybe someone else would know that.
