Since eBay requires tracking numbers on all shipments, the they should have tracking number for all types of shipments. But they don't offer tracking number for USPS first class mail. I don't get the discount on final fees and now they are going to charge me 4% more because I don't use a tracking number that they don't offer. How can I use tracking for a $7.00 order when they don't offer tracking for a small order that can be sent out in a business size envelope which is on 49c to send.
