Buyer requested a refund. I offered a partial refund through EBay. My
question is, how many days does EBay give buyer to respond? It’s been 6
days. EBay is holding my funds until this is resolved
I look at my Purchase History and it says "Payment still processing"..
It's been 3 days and I paid with Paypal balance.. Seller has feedback of
4 as a buyer..Can't cancel order.. got a bad gut feeling on this..Seller
will not respond to emails
Well, now EBay will not let me send a full refund. Says offer in
progress or some **bleep** memo… pulling listings. So unfair to the
seller who made a honest mistake.
Getting really fed up with eBay. First of all buyer shouldn’t be able to
a feedback until this is resolved.. Done selling here. Seller has NO
rights… this is **bleep**
