I got ripped off years ago to, but with a lego set sent the the UK. This
was a $300 lego set. I mailed it out and watched the tracking deliver it
to the buyer. The buyer claimed they didn't get it and filed a claim
with ebay. 2 days later they emaile...
I can't use the labordaytewnty for anything. I followed all listed
rules. Called eBay they said it had to be a buy it now. It didn't work
there either. While class action suits violate terms, small claim
