I purchased a UPS label from the shipping labels page for $8.71 and then
two weeks later I got a message from ebay saying my card was charged
$13.71 with no explanation of what it was for. After checking into it I
found out it was for this same label...
I have had buyers retracting bids saying they entered the wrong amount
when the amount they entered was the minimum bid. How can this be a
wrong amount? I thought bid was supposed to be a binding contract.
Ridiculous, just say I changed my mind...

I have implemented a markdown sale on my items. Why isn't there a
notification at the top of my listings? Buyers have to scroll all the
way down to see that I have a markdown sale in progress and I don't
think anyone scrolls all the way to the bottom...
I've had that happen on several items, all in the last month. Only with
UPS, not with USPS or FedEx.Receiving less on the actual payout because
they are charging more than I originally paid. It seems strange.

Me too! DNS Service Unavailable. Is this an eBay issue or an internet
issue? Other websites seem ok. Has anyone been able to contact eBay? I
tried and have no success. It would be nice to know what is going on.
I agree! I like to be in charge of my listings, whether I want to relist
as auction or fixed price and when I want to relist.I have a basic store
and I run the risk of going over my monthly alloted listings.
