Seller blocked me from buying stuff by saying I didn't pay. He ignored 5

This seller is charging $2.67 to send one dime. I won three dimes and he
wanted to charge me $2.67 for each dime for shipping. That is over $8.00
shipping fees total for 3 dimes @ .99 cents each winning price. It is
obvious to me he is trying to make...
I bid and make a lot of mistakes. I usually bid on lots of items. Many
end up being doubles that I do not want. However, I make sure the bid
comes close to what it was. But you do not know that.
I do not peddle stuff on Ebay. I buy only. I spend $1,000/mo. Write it
down. I have zero time to deal with crummy, stinking sellers. There are
too many cool ones to deal with and spend my money. YOU are not one of
them.
It's more than frustrating. I'm bagging this pop stand. After 10,000
purchases I'm ready to leave this awful site behind. It's gets worse and
