when i reset my password. the system does not accept it. i have tried numerous passwords and the system says it is reset, but then it does not work

i packaged very carefully. item arived and bottle was chipped. i boxed, bubble wraped and bubble package. buyer did not insure. why do i have to bear the burden of a refund. no one knows when it was broken. could have happened when opening.
