Appears the whole website is messed up. I cannot send messages to sellers. More than one tried. Cannot send a mssg for a callback either. What is going on?

Second time trying to post this question due to ebay's messed up system. I have already talked to ebay about not needing a paypal acct and there should be no problem unless if somehow there are actually any sellers that require paypal for a purchase....
