eBay is sending offers to my buyers saying that since the buyer has shown an interest in my item that I am offering them a 20% discounted price. I have talked to agents twice and they check everything on my listings and tell me that I DO NOT HAVE ANY...

I refunded the wrong buyer who who contacted me. I can't get any help from the Assistant and can't find a phone number to call an Agent.
