I am having this happen all the time now. Excuses on why they don’t get to the post office. Does it look like they shipped once they initiate a label? Is there a way I can notify Ebay that they actually haven’t shipped?

Thanks for the helpful information. My official eBay address has always remained the same since I became a member in 1998 (my primary address. Unfortunately eBay sent a return label to the buyer with an incorrect address.

I do send a combined invoice out. He just keeps buying catalogs (they’re pretty reasonable). So I’m constantly updating the invoice. I suppose I could just be more patient. thanks for the perspective
