A buyer said the item he received was damaged. I refunded it and asked
him to return it to me. I don't know where to go from here. I assume he
will expect me to pay the return shipping. How do I do that?
He claimed it was banged up when he got it. I refunded him (because I
didn't know the system) and he never returned it. I learned a good
lesson that time.
I was as surprised as you! I could only find one in a museum, so I
figured it was very rare. My starting bid was $50. It just snow-balled
from there! Wish I could find another tool in our collection that might
bring so many bucks!
