Bought an item and the seller won't refund. It was pick up only but I didn't see the details, bought it quickly without reading because it was a good deal.

Since when did eBay start having people sign in again to leave feedback? I'm already signed in to My eBay and when I click on the Leave Feedback button it wants me to sign in again. This only discourages people from leaving feedback, like it just did...
