eBay please fix the multiple offer situation! I have listings where the
buyer offers, I accept. Then the offer stays pending. Then the buyer
offers again, I accept. Now buyer asks me to cancel the first offer
because they already purchased the item.
Did eBay change their customer service hours? I am trying to contact
them by phone and keep getting an automated response that I am calling
outside of business hours. I was calling at 1:30 EST.
