Why are empty, once fired (or never loaded) shotgun shell hulls banned
from being sold on eBay, yet hardcore pornographic materials, drug
paraphernalia, and other offensive materials allowed?
Yes, they are reloadable. I used to buy most of my empty hulls on eBay.
So what is the issue? To reload the empties, I would also need primers,
powder, shot (or other projectiles), and wads. Answer this... black
