Item Specifics not able to add when prompted

has something changed with item specifics? ebay says 9 item specifics need to be added but when I go to the page it just scrolls to buttons either CANCEL or SAVE but there's nothing else on the page??? Anyone else

Listing tool doesn’t show estimated shipping price for calculated shipping - still not working

Anyone else having this issue? When listing an item and putting in weight and dimensions it does not show calculated shipping price range. ebay said they fixed this technical issue but its apparently still broken.
