Unable to Download Shipping Label from Print/Download Shipping Label Page. Error message showing not authorized to download, and when I look at my downloads it shows zero bytes downloaded and nothing is there. Contacted CS and said they were going to submit a ticket and to check again in 48-72 hours. It has been 2 weeks and still problem exists - ebay still has not fixed.

Where are you trying to do this?  From the label preview?  If so, do you see the preview correctly?

Did this just start happening?

What carrier are you trying to print a label for?

Is this an international label?

Are you charging postage to your ebay account or PayPal?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

Are you by any chance Logged into a different ebay account and any of your browsers?

No I'm not.

No it has been happening for a few weeks now and since ebay has not resolved it even though CS told me they would submit a ticket - no fix as of yet.

Carrier - USPS

International label - No
