else buys it, that would've bought it anyway, without the ad, we get
charged a fee.
Yes. It's complete **bleep**. If the sale would've happened anyway, it
doesn't matter. If ANY buyer clicks on your ad within 30 days you pay
the fee. Looks like I'm leaving Ebay and moving my stuff to other
platforms.
