So far no big issues until yesterday I go to get in the shower and see a loose tile. Well everything behind the tile is gone. So sad. I know the tile is ugly but it’s vintage and I love it in all it’s ugliness. We are trying to save the tile. I’m posting a pic after we tore some of it out. Fun times! Now I gotta really get off my behind and sell as much as possible. This repair is gonna hurt. Gotta let it dry out and treat the mildew. It’s obviously an old problem cause the wood and concrete board is gone. Poor rotted away. Wish us luck!
