Managed Payments problems

Anyone else trapped in managed payments hell, or did you find a solution you'd like to share?

I Sold items late December, still haven't received payments by late January.

So far spoke to maybe 8 customer service agents including 2 managed payments specialists, I've re-entered bank info several times and even changed banks, I tried to open another eBay account so I can at least continue selling while I wait for my money - "account permanently suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity"

I've been told several times "someone will contact you within 14 days", "the issue is with your bank", " it's impossible to go back to Paypal", "it's impossible for eBay to send your money by any other means" a giant,  multinational, hi-tech company that accepts payments in every form but can only send them out by one method!.

Why is it that when you pay money to eBay it is taken out of account immediately no matter what time of day or location in the world, but when it comes time for eBay to pay you, "be patient, the financial system is complicated and our scribes only work 9 to 4 weekdays pacific time (excluding holidays of course), your money will be coming to you by Pony Express, please allow 4-6 business days, (10 tops)."?

I have also contacted Adyen the company who provides eBay with the managed payments platform, their customer service is much more responsive than eBay's almost non-existent customer service, but they say the problem is with eBay, who knows, Adyen's website show a LOT of platform issues, https://www.adyen.com/status, but feel free to contact them, you are actually a customer, all be it unwillingly!

Managed Payments problems

We are not mega sellers. We placed a few estate items on this week. Sold one in less than 24 hours. We are not in a position to fork out $35 in shipping before seeing the money first. I am furious about this managed payment thing. I tried to chat this AM with a CS but after about 25 minutes, it went into limbo and then all of a sudden "chat was unavailable due to high volume".

Of course, I did not think I would have to change my shipping timeframe to 5 BUSINESS DAYS before I switched over to this managed payment debacle. Now I cannot get through to anyone to make sure that my rating is not clipped because of an EBAY problem.

I would like to know from anyone anyone if it's possible to revert back to Paypal - or if it's possible to use a Paypal debit card number as a "bank". Maybe it would transfer more quickly. Not sure but I don't understand why there was a split. Ebay is going to lose hundreds if not thousands of sellers because of this process.

We closed our little store after the USPS shipping debacles in December. We LOST money because packages took a ridiculous 3 weeks to get from A to B. This time, it's EBAY's problem and we're still the victims. It SUCKS.

And it's unfortunate that this was the best platform for us to sell some valuable stuff. In addition, the FEE for selling 1 item was despicable. I'd rather pay fees to PayPal and get my rightful $$ within seconds instead of 4-5 days.

I hate it. I want Paypal back.

Managed Payments problems

My husband has an eBay account for about a year and I have been with eBay for like 18 years. Jeff's account has gone crazy and he doesn't get his payment for about a week. It goes to our bank and has lots of fees taken from it. My account is still pretty much the same right now.

I do not want eBay in my personal bank and the direct deposit to it is awful. We have to ship items before we receive any moneys.

Does anyone know anything about Adyen? Is that going to work like Paypal? Can we use it like Paypal. with a debit card and etc?

I believe eBay will be losing lots of sellers.. We are not happy right now and wondering how you all feel about this?
