Hello
A few days ago, I asked something about the promotion list.
The sellers' responses were that setting it at 2 or 3 percent was fine.
I listed an item for sale at 3 percent in an auction using the promotion list.
The result was 0 visits.
So, is it worth promoting with 2 or 3 percent?

There are no guarantees that your promoted listing will generate any sales or promoted views.
And you just started promoting a few days ago.

If you promote it doesn't mean that every sale will be the result of a buyer clicking on a promoted listing. If a buyer finds and buys your item through a regular search then there would be no fee.
I have an selling account of old "unsaleable" stuff, I promote at 2%, about half the (meagre) sales on that account are via Promotions and the other half are not.
This would be true if you promote at 2%, 10% or 50%.

I promote almost everything at 3%. Almost 40% of my sales are from promotions at least for now.

Another thing that I do when searching for something I want to buy, if eBay shows me a Promoted link to an item I try to avoid clicking on it but rather do a regular search to find that specific listing so that the seller does not have to pay a promotion fee.
Another thing that I do is that I do most of my searching on one account (like the one I use here) but if I decide to buy it I will use my user id that I use only for buying. Again this means the sellers does not pay a promotion fee.

Yes, but the promoted list is useful because
