Trouble with getCategories on Trading API

Previously I got categories from Shopping API but that now deprecated, I have set up my call according to the docs (a bit vague in places) and pretty sure its right - I get an unknown error - I get the same on the API explorer tool - is there a known issue on this ?

Yes I am moving to trading api as the old shopping api is gone now - tried it with the api test tool thing and same result there

I got this issue with GetSuggestedCategory as well. any updates?
