Support Activation Error - 302 Error / page_not_responding

Hello,

I'm having trouble activating support on my eBay Developer account and I'm getting a 302 error.

My situation:

Business account registered in France
All required fields are filled in correctly (legal name, email, phone, address, country)
API License Agreement signed since 4/12/2022

What I'm trying to do:

• Go to Profile & Contacts
• Click "Edit" in Primary Contact section
• Fill in all details and click "Save"
• Click "Edit" again
• Click "Activate Support"

The error I get:

Error Code: 302 (XHR request)
Message: "page_not_responding"
The page redirects but doesn't load properly

What I've already tried:

• Refreshing the page
• Clearing browser cache
• Disabling cache in browser DevTools
• Using a different browser
• Waiting several hours

The activation button seems to be broken on my end. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions?
