Hello! My team purchased support hours to ask about some issues we are having in regards to signing up for notifications. We bought these hours over 2 weeks ago, have the receipt of purchase and everything but our account still says 0 support hours available. Ebay has no where to email for this type of thing, except the ebay_developer email and we have not heard back from there either. Is there any help/ someone we can get in touch with for help on this subject?

Did you get this resolved? Did you activate support for your account by verifying your name and information prior to purchasing time?
I will need support eventually so I'm curious how it's gone for you.
Not a good look if they are taking hundreds of dollars from developers and not responding.
