We are having difficulty obtaining listing information from the most up-to-date eBay API because our production environment cannot find new products listed on the buyer's site. We successfully obtained a user token by signing into Production; however, our request was denied when we tried to use it.
Questions:
a. Is it appropriate to use the Browse API for this purpose?
b. How should we utilize OAuth? Should we acquire a new token through our application by adding an eBay Redirect URL, or should we make adjustments in the API Explorer with the token we already possess?
What could be causing these issues?
