Swiss Pocket Watch Identification....Need help please.

 I can't for the life of me decipher the name of this Swiss watch company's name, hoping someone can help. I went down the whole list of Swiss watch makers and could not find any that came close to the name stamped on the movement. The porcelain face has completely different name which only adds to my confusion.

certain details  point towards a branch either in the U.S. or England.

gut feeling - from the years when taxes and tarrifs  (1920s, especially after 1929)were high and the Swiss sent parts only over to the U.S. to circumvent import taxes - therefore the mark reads SWISS only and not SWISS MADE. a poor soul crossed the pond to reassemble them correctly for sale, married a beautiful girl with red hair and green eyes and stayed in the US...

could you make a pic from the marks in the lid. please ?
