Cowboy Boots, can't find size

I have a pair of Tony Lamas Boots but can't determine size from the numbers inside . The numbers I have located are: 5242_, 1105, L 39-J-3, 7105 .This has a sewn in label Black Fabric.

I forgot to mention that I tried them on and they feel like they could be a Mens 7 or 7 1/2 narrow boot?
