I'm currently using the Finding API to search for specific items within a category and have noticed an inconsistency. Generic items appear in the search results almost immediately after their start time, while branded items take approximately 3-4 minutes to show up.
We also have a tool developed by another team that uses the same API but retrieves branded item results within seconds.
Edit for clarification:
I am using the sort order StartTimeNewest and polling every 10-15 seconds.
Could this be an issue that requires enabling specific settings through eBay support to ensure real-time listings for all items, regardless of whether they are branded or not?
