I applied for a new developer account, and when trying to sign in, I get a message that my developer account registration was rejected. I believe this was a mistake and the form to appeal this doesn't appear to work; it doesn't process after hitting submit.
Can an eBay development team member please provide a contact so I can provide information and have my account registered?
