Calls to API no longer return anything

Hi,

We have a Cron job that queries the API with the GetOrders request but for 2 days, no call to the API has worked. Calls no longer return anything.
We haven't touched our code.
What is going on ?

it is resolved. I had to reapply for a new user token.
