Minature Rubber Dolls

Hi, Found these little dolls and don't have a clue what brand or where they come from.  The female is carrying torch and tablet that says Miss America and crown says liberty.  Are they old? No hallmarks.Attaching a photo.   Need your help.  Thanks, Lor
