Can you identify this 1997 Tyco Sesame Street Toy?

 I have this talking 1997 Tyco Sesame Street toy but cannot figure out what it is called.   When you push the doorbell, Elmo tells you find different characters.  You push buttons, levers, etc to reveal a different character in each window. 

I cannot find another one like it on ebay or the internet.  I want to find out what the toy is called.
