problem accessing eBay MIP page

Good morning,

I have a problem that does not let me move forward, I try to access https://www.mip.ebay.com/ to make the settings and get the MIP token and upload products in bulk but when I click on "Get started" I get the error "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.

It happens in both my ebay shops, in ebay support they just tell me to delete my cookies...

I hope you can help me.
