Cannot login to https://developer.ebay.com/

Hello, 

We cannot by any means log in to https://developer.ebay.com/ We contacted ebay support they said that they cannot handle dev requests and they redirected us to dev support where you need to log in in order to get support..... We reset the password, again nothing happened. We tried all 3 browsers still no luck

Can anyone help?

Hello, thank you for the reply. Do you have a dev account? Something is very wrong here. I submitted a ticket to the url you sent but the page did not even return a confirmation that my ticket was created. Nothing works as it should here.

@icare2004  I do have a very active developer account of ten years, but have not yet needed to perform any recent updates, aside from a conversion to OAuth for some APIs two years ago and completing the Marketplace Account Deletion notification form that became mandatory last June. 

Are you creating an account or trying to access an existing account?  Others have encountered similar log-in or sign-up issues. I don't have much to offer. There are some email addresses that are not supported by Dev, as described here:

Thank you for the reply. I could not login. It seems fixed now. There must be an issue with their re-captcha implementation. Also there is absence of error messages when entering incorrect credentials
