I am trying to use the "GET https://api.ebay.com/sell/logistics/v1_beta/shipment/{shipmentId}" API, but it looks like I need the https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/sell.logistics OAuth scope added to my application. I don't see a way to request this though. Any help is appreciated. The URL for this API page is below.
