Help Identify this Great Britain Cancel

This is on a Greeat Britain Sc #81...but I can not place the cancel on it...any help from the esteemed audience here??

Nice looking stamp!

My take on the cancel is as:

"C or G"

"N P 8, or N P 0"

I expect this is a railroad cancel, but I cannot identify the cancel for sure.
