Heligoland help

Hi all,  long time follower, seldom poster from the cheap seats. I see we don't need fire-proof suits any longer... 

I am looking for a fellow collector that had the foresight to copy Fritz Wagners website on Heligoland reprints. My copy was recently destroyed and I am lost without it. I am willing to pay a reasonable sum for this invaluable (to me) reference.
