Diane - This was a complete service with sermon and all. None of the memory sharing, as it was done at visitation. I guess after attending a non-Liturgical church for so long, it just seemed foreign to me, even though I attended this type of church for years. I know many feel very comfortable with this formality, it reminded my of why I left the church for many years and why the contemporary church, which has the same message, put set forth in a different setting, is much more comfortable for me.
I typed up the words on the Just Think gif that I put with the I Can Only Imagine in a pretty script and put it in an envelope and put it between the used pages of the guestbook. I think she will appreciate it at a later date.
I was outdone in my fuzzy slippers. Ike's ex showed up with no teeth!!!!:-(

A big hello to everyone!
I am going to see my ortho surgeon tomorrow to see if there is anything he can to with my hip so I can reach my left foot. I have to go take the papers that finally came in the mail over to DHS to see if they will give me a rejection so I can deal with the hospital about making some long, drawn-out repayment plan. Also have to stop at the post office to mail out a letter that the agency has claimed not to have received the first one. Thank God for computers and the fact I saved a copy of that lett in My Documents! She basically told my that I did not send it as I did not remember the address. She sang a different song when I pulled it up on my screen and read it word-for-word.

I am so glad they have stopped predicting snow. I don't like it when the roads get dangerous.
Someone let a shopping cart go in the grocery store parking lot and it ran into our car and made a big dent. The store manager said they'd pay for it.
