Roy, Having taught school I feel there is already a break down in our family values. I remember when I was growing up we all ate together, went to church together. So many children are not exposed to discipline and order.They are lost.

Jan -- I agree that our family values are not as strong as our parents / grandparents.

God made the family unit. We can try our best to live outside of that unit, but God's plan is best.

Hubby got some potentially bad news when he went for his memory loss therapy this morning. He cannot multi-task anymore. Unless his employer agrees to follow the suggestions from the therapist and the neurologist (such as letting him serve only one table of residents and handling only one type of resident and letting him write everything down), the therapist does not think he'll be able to go back to his position at the nursing facility. The memory loss will get worse and may end up as dementia. He will now only be seeing this therapist once a week instead of twice a week. She is going to see if she can find someone else that may be able to help him. We still have to go see the neurologist on June 22nd to go over everything withn her and see if he can even be cleared to go back to work.

Thank you for the prayers for my hubby. We had been hoping for good news since his health problems are affecting what we can do to handle our property tax problems. (Situation is not looking too good now).

In addition to coping with hubby's problems, I've been having lower back pain for the last few days. Also, don't feel like doing much of anything although we did go to see "Men In Black 3" last night.

OOPS! Forgot to mention that he did get a good report from his physical therapist regarding his shoulder and arm problems. He's improving so much that he only has to go one more time for his shoulder and only a few more times for his arm.

Just checking in here, letting you all know I'm still alive. 🙂 Been busy with my friend who lost her son and getting things done around here so I maybe can get back selling some on eBay. Doctor is still trying to fine tune my thyroid issues. Love you all and think about you daily!!! :-x
