Hi precious prayer partners,

Wow, the AC went out again and we called them back to fix it. There was a plug in that was worn out and a couple of electrical lines. They didn't charge us one thin dime. It is working fine now. Thank you Jesus.

It is a beautiful day. It is not to hot. The sky is so blue.

Praise God for your AC repair -- without additional cost.

Bill is doing a little bit better. He still has not heard the result of his blood/lab test. He is using some natural vitamins -- seems to help.

One word with just three letters is often avoided in today's language.

It is SIN. Is it still in existence? YES!

My definition is anything we think, say, do, or neglect to do that would displease God.

I could even add attitude. Mine, at times, can be NOT God-honoring.


What is the punishment for sin? Death.

Did Eve die? Yes, eventually.

It is also separation from God.


What can we do about sin?

Confess, repent, turn, ask forgiveness for.


Who can forgive sin?

God -- He sent His son to die for sin -- the sins of mankind.

Does that mean that all mankind is forgiven of sin?

No, just those who confess, repent, turn, ask for forgiveness to God.

PLUS ask Jesus Christ to indwell his or her heart.

Roxie - Two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths!!

Today is a lazy day.

My nephew comes home from Afghanistan for good today. Thank God for his safety. We have had several in our family go there and I never worried, but when Ryan left, I have just had this feeling of dread. I am extremely glad he is coming home.
