I have been trying to cancel my store subscription all day. When I called the number the person I spoke to said they couldn't either. They said there is a problem with the system. That is mighty convenient. I feel like I'm a hostage. There is no reason since I don't owe money or have any issues. Now that I know how impossible it is to cancel my subscription I will never have one ever again!!!
Oh and should add the first time I tried to call Ebay I had to ask them to call me. Cancelling a subscription is conveniently not listed as one of the topics I can call about. When they called back the automated message told me to press 1 if I'm the person who requested the call. I pressed 1 and the system kept saying it didn't recognize my response. Another way to discourage people. What a horrible, tangled mess.
