I have not logged in to Ebay for some time. Since then your software has changed so that I can no longer log in to change my data.
1. After entering user and password I am taken to a page showing my email and phone. When I try to correct the phone number, I get an error saying:"the phone number is too short". The programmer of this page was not aware the phone numbers may be of different lengths in differeing countries. My country has country code 682, no area codes at all and 5 digit phone numbers. Please reprimand the programmer and have this fixed!
2. My default shipping address is to here in Cook Islands but I have alternative addresses recorded with EBay. But when I select an item for which the seller will only ship to a US address, I get an error message to that effect and the item is immediately taken out of the cart without giving me the option to change to an alternative shipping address. Please Ebay, fix this also!
