Can some one help me please UPC code box not appearing on listing

All my listings are ending and not relisting because of a UPC code box not appearing will not let me relist, when I try I can do a new listing with the UPC code box appearing then when I put in variations the box disappears and I cannot do the new listing and I cannot find a phone # to get to tech support on ebay...Thanks

The weekend canbe difficult, but notimpossible to contact eBay Tech Support. Here is one way...This is from the eBay Advanced Apps team...


Phone Support (US - 8 AM - 6 PM MST): **To call us, click on the Help & Contact link found at the top of most eBay pages. Click on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. Select ‘Selling’ -> ‘Getting Started’ -> ‘Selling Tools’ for issues or concerns related to eBay listing tools that my team can assist you with. Now scroll to the bottom and click Call Us. Ask the customer support agent to transfer you to the Advanced Apps team.**

Have you looked for the UPC option on the variations themselves?

I'm getting this message from SSB: "There is currently a problem with some categories where the item specifics choices are not available. We have reported the problem to eBay."

So far, I've been unable to list or revise listings. Hoping it's redolved soon, but if not, I will call eBay CS and report back with what I find out.
