Is this hunting item banned?

So I suspect the item I want to list is banned or something, perhaps it makes people upset? It’s called WINCHESTER MIDGET HAND TRAP (patent 1919). Has something to do with Pigeons, skeet shooting? There are lots of skeet clay pigeon throwing devices listed, I thought perhaps that was what this was (back in the day). Looks pretty harmless as it is, don’t even know how it would work. You might hurt somebody or an animal if you hit them over the head with it, like a stick. Some bent metal and a folding handle about 14” long when unfolded. Has a nice old patent date on it.  It’s an antique accessory from a kid’s gun set back in the day. I’d like to post a photo but don’t see a link. L

Hi tryno2- Seach completed items "WINCHESTER MIDGET HAND TRAP" and you'll see it (gooddealtom as seller). It sold a while back. Eventually it was listed; there was a delay, don't know why, but everything worked out.
