Help with marks on silverware

4.25” spoon, set of 4.  Each with the same mark and pattern.  A magnet does not stick.  Origins?  Sterling? Age?  Any information at all because I’m stumped!  Thanks!

clearer pic of mark needed. at the moment I see letters that could be Cyrillic (Russian).
