Brain Teaser: Who Knows the Manufacture Maker of this Pattern on this Silver Plater Serving Tray?

Are there any marks on the back?  Or front?  If so, please post photos of them.  Also, a photo of the entire front would be helpful.

Its a serving tray without any markings what so ever.   I tried to google search the image and found nothing even close.
