Antique Silver Spoon Hallmarks English?

Can anyone determine if these marks are indeed English?  They are on the back of a standard silver serving spoon weighing about 56 grams with a monogram (the kind that you often see in the US that are only coin silver) but the marks have me stymied - all the marks are well formed, but the George III mark does not look  like any that I've seen and there is no town mark or maker mark.  Could it be Canadian or some other English province?  Or is it some kind of fake?  Any information is welcomed.
